How are vinyl records packaged for shipping?

We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Records are removed from their outer sleeves prior to shipping to prevent seam splits during transit, unless the item is factory sealed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to collectors worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your record arrives warped or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a full refund depending on stock availability.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

Are the records listed on your site brand new?

We offer both brand new, unplayed releases and curated pre-owned items. The condition of every record is clearly stated on the product page using the Goldmine Grading Standard.
